Our approach
Each country and every region have their own characteristics: natural, cultural
and people. We recognise that this diversity is their particular wealth, the strengths and
potentials that need to be supported and developed further.
Understanding different points of view and responding to the various realities of the
actors involved, is an integral component of our approach. Efficient exchange of
experience and knowledge is an indispensable condition. Therefore, we attach particular
attention to communication and progress in stepwise learning cycles. We support our
partners in the analysis of their specific situation and facilitate the identification of
joint solutions.
This active balance of interests is based on the participation of all actors involved
and represents the first essential for the sustainability of development measures.
In our practical work we combine a large array of natural and social science based
methods and instruments to fulfil our holistic pretension.
Our diverse technical and methodological experience secures a success-oriented steering
of development processes. Thereby, we provide assistance to our clients throughout the
whole project cycle, from the first stage of a project idea until to the evaluation of
project results.
